1. Description of the App

Applilens is a mobile app analytics tool that allows you to search, analyze, and compare mobile applications from the iOS App Store and Google Play. You can paste store links or search by name to view public data such as downloads, revenue estimates, ratings, and other app information.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property or privacy)
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party services
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure

3. Account and User ID

The App may use a User ID to distinguish users and to provide features such as history and preferences. You are responsible for how your device and User ID are used. Do not share access in a way that could violate these Terms.

4. Data and accuracy

Data shown in the App (e.g. downloads, revenue, ratings) is sourced from third parties (e.g. app stores) and may be estimated or delayed. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such data. Use it for reference only and not as the sole basis for business or legal decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, and content (other than third-party data), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date for the Terms when we make changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time. You may also request deletion of your data via our Request data deletion page.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
